We can design and construct cleanrooms for new university facilities as well as retrofit cleanrooms into existing buildings or facilities. College cleanrooms facilitate scientific research and teaching for future use in the semiconductor, electronics and other industries. These cleanrooms are designed to control particulate contamination.

A cleanroom is a controlled environment where products are manufactured. The contaminants inside a cleanroom are highly controlled with respect to airborne particulates, temperature, humidity, air pressure, airflow patterns, air motion, vibration, noise, living organisms and lighting. The level to which particulates need to be removed depends on the standards set by our customers.

At CleanZones we offer a variety of design configurations and construction materials to meet exact specifications. All cleanrooms feature a 2 X 4 HEPA or ULPA fan filter unit, 2x4 Cleanroom LED Flat Panel Edge Lit Light Troffers, ceiling tiles doors and wall materials.
